By purchasing a ticket to the Ottawa Wedding Show (the “Event”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
The Ottawa Wedding Show will take place on Saturday, March 28 and Sunday, March 29. Event details, including hours, location, and participating vendors, are subject to change without notice.
All ticket purchases are final sale.
Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will not be offered under any circumstances, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, illness, or changes in personal circumstances.
Tickets are purchased online. Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email, which serves as your official ticket for entry.

Each ticket will be scanned or verified upon entry. Duplicate, copied, or altered tickets may be denied entry.
All payments are securely processed through Stripe. By completing your purchase, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service and privacy practices.
The Event organizers reserve the right to modify event details, including date, time, location, or programming, at any time. In the unlikely event of cancellation, further instructions will be communicated to ticket holders.
Event staff reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee for behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe, without refund.
By attending the Event, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation. The Event organizers, staff, and affiliates are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal property.
By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection of personal information necessary to process your transaction and manage event attendance. This may include your name, email address, and payment details (processed securely through third-party providers).

By attending the Event, you acknowledge and agree that photography, audio recording, and video recording may take place.
You grant the Event organizers the unrestricted right to use any photographs, video footage, or recordings in which you may appear for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes, in any media now known or later developed, without compensation or further notice.
If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, it is your responsibility to inform event staff upon arrival.
